New England Residence

GWG originally designed and built this home on Long Island Sound in 1994. In 2001, a new owner requested GWG to expand the home to meet a larger family’s needs. This resulted in a new master bedroom suite, guest bedroom, and bathroom as well as an eat-in sunroom.

In the sunroom a large expanse of folding glass doors and concealed roll down screens allows the warm ocean breezes to fill the house in the summer and spring months, or to be fully enclosed and warmed by a fire in the middle of winter.
