Metro 260
new haven - 2017
Renovation and restoration of a 1900's historic downtown structure into luxury micro apartments with first floor commercial spaces. The entire existing facade was in desperate need of repair and upgrades. The design team underwent extensive documentation of the existing facade and was awarded funding from the City of New Haven's Facade Improvement Program. Existing structural columns and beams were exposed throughout the interior of the building as a strategic design expression as well as to pay tribute to this buildings history.
