Historical restoration
This turn of the century private residence, designed by the New York firm Delano & Aldrich, occupies two thirds of a city block on an historic tree lined street in New Haven, Connecticut. The property lies within a National Historic District and has a designation by the New Haven Preservation Trust. In 2011
the house became listed on the National Historic Register.
Comprehensive restoration and renovations were undertaken for this property comprising a 6,000 square foot main house plus 1,200 square foot guest apartment atop a three bay carriage house.
Construction for renovations and restorations were phased starting in 2006 and were completed in 2010.
