Canal Dock Boathouse Ribbon Cutting

The Boathouse at Canal Dock Park has finally been completed after close to 20 years of planning, designing, funding and construction. This new 20,000 square foot facility houses more than just boats and aims to revitalize Long Wharf Sound waterfront through public and school-sponsored rowing and boating programs. UNH will become a tenant of the boathouse with a new Aquaculture Laboratory which will marry government, private and academic sectors in one space.
